چکیده

Introduction. Natural sources, especially plants, have been used in folk medicine of various countries for many centuries and appears as rich sources natural compounds. One the interesting plants study is yellow loosestrife ( Lysimachia vulgaris L.), information on chemical composition which scarce. Aim. Carry out a phytochemical research L. aerial part, by isolation individual secondary metabolites elucidation their structure. Material methods. Aerial part , was collected Leningrad region (Vsevolozhsk district, Morozov village, shore Lake Ladoga) July 2021. Fraction analysis performed through analytical high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) using LC-20 Prominence (Shimadzu corp., Japan) equipped with SPD-M20A diode-array detector. The compounds carried open column sorbent Dianion HP-20, well preparative HPLC Smartline system (Knauer, Germany) spectrophotometric structures isolated were established NMR experiments (Bruker Avance III 400 MHz, Germany). Results discussion. As result research, seven 1–7 ) elucidated. Compounds 1 2 are luteolin quercetin, respectively, while 3–7 glycosides myricitin kaempferol, namely myricetin-3-O-β-D-rutinoside 3 ), myricetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside 4 quercetin-3-O-β-D-rutinoside (rutin) 5 quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside 6 kaempferol-3-O-β-D-rutinoside 7 ). Conclusion. isolated. found first time, all time from herb.
